Level 2 BIM
The level of BIM maturity will depend on your requirements. Level 2 BIM is now most widely used and will help you to achieve lower costs and emissions, provide faster delivery and effective risk management. Using BIM will provide consistent and coordinated designs and high levels of collaboration within the project.
We will work according to your BIM execution plan and ensure it meets all processes and standards. WE will develop your model accoding to the LOD SYNA Designs has the expertise and knowledge to extract the required information from the BIM execution plan and translate the data in a simple format in the BIM model.
We have developed and implemented procedures to create an effective way for us to provide the necessary resource to aid any size project that requires BIM.
Using 3D Visualisation such as Navisworks, we can demonstrate the progress of a model via either 3D renders or walkthroughs, which is the best way to see how the building looks and how services are installed. We can perform clash reports and resolve clashes individually, allowing for a more cost-effective installation on site.
